Whenever I piss, it feels like bliss!

Haha! I'm not sure what's up with the title... but hey, it rhymed. Actually, and as far as I know this only applies to guys, but have you ever had one of those pisses that makes you shudder? Like when you're drunk or buzzed and you go to take a leak and it sends a tingling up your spine? What's up with that?

Anyway, for my 3-hour chunk of bliss, I decided to lay in bed under the covers and watch Hannibal Rising because I've never seen it before (although I read the book). I really enjoy the Hannibal books and movies, but I was pretty skeptical since this one didn't have Anthony Hopkins in it. Unfortunately, the movie wasn't nearly as good as the book and some important parts were either cut short or cut out entirely. It wasn't a total disaster, but they could have done a lot better job of telling the story.

After the movie was over, I still had another 45 minutes or so to dedicate to blissfulness, so I got on my computer and started browsing the internet for information on Diablo 3. I absolutely love the Diablo series. I started playing when the original came out in 1997. I was only twelve then, but I remember my brother coming home with it and I ended up getting addicted to it. Of course, the game was eventually broken by hackers (town PK... need I say more?), but it still provided me with countless hours of entertainment. When Diablo 2 came out, I couldn't have been happier. I have logged so many hours of playtime on Diablo 2 that it scares me to think about how much exactly. I was still playing it from time to time a few months ago, but then Battle.net decided to delete the account of mine that had my fully geared Paladin Smiter on it... quite unfortunate, I must say. So rather than grind it out again, I decided to retire for real this time.

Now then, Diablo 3... holy shit. I can't express how much I am anticipating this game. The gameplay video looks absolutely amazing, especially this scene at the end where this group is fighting a gigantic demon. I'd have to say my favorite bit of news is how the game's loot mechanics are going to work. When a monster is killed, everyone in the party that killed that monster gets their own loot window. So, basically, that means there's no more fighting over loot. Partying with other people is greatly encouraged -- something you would rarely see in Diablo 2. I'm curious to see how the classes pan out and how balanced they end up. The "new" wizard class (there was a Wizard class in Diablo 1, but then a Sorceress class in Diablo 2) looks to be quite devastating, but I have a feeling that the barbarian is going to be a force to be reckoned with. I can't wait to see what the other two classes are going to be!

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to clean my keyboard and desk of all this drool.
